 The Company: DFT Marketing LTD, the owner, developer, and
operator of the app or website with registration number 09575862. St. Martins
House, 2 Barnsley Road, Rotherham, S63 8PB is the registered office. 

    

A member is a person or people who use the app or site to
communicate with other people. 

  

The App/Site: The application or website you are using right
now, together with any external hardware and software that goes with it. 

  

The law 

The laws of England and Wales govern the business, the
app/site, and these terms and conditions. 

  

Security 

Before using the app or site, all members are required to
read our dating safety guidelines, which are available on our home page. 

  

Profiles You must not give The App/Site any false
information. 

  

Profile information can be written and shared by members.
Any contact information, such as an email address, phone number, website URL,
or social media contact details, cannot be included in this. 

  

Members are able to upload images. This must to belong to
the Member and not violate any copyright regulations. Any image that the
company deems to be detrimental to the app or site may be rejected. 

  

Members that upload data to The App/Site are aware that if
other members share screenshots, their data might be made public. The company
will try to remove or conceal any identifying information and, whenever
feasible, will not display member photographs in marketing materials or
screenshots. Sections of The App/Site that don't require a login may display
pixelated graphics and limited profile information. 

  

Abuse 

The Business, Abuse is not tolerated on the app or website.
Members can utilise the report tool on private chats and profiles to report
abuse. Any abusive member's account may be immediately terminated by the
company after reviewing their profiles and chats. This encompasses, but is not
restricted to, bullying, racism, and homophobia.  

  

Other Participants 

Members are not subject to security or background checks by
the company.  

  

Every member is accountable for their conduct and is in
charge of conducting their own background checks on other members with whom
they interact.  

  

Members who give misleading information, have criminal
convictions, are registered sexual offenders, or intend to swindle or hurt
others may be present.  

  

You should not send or transfer money to any other Member,
nor should you give any Member your credit card or bank details. 

  

Any losses resulting from another Member giving inaccurate
information are not the Company's responsibility. 

  

Alerts and messages 

For security concerns, the company will only contact with
you via email and will not use messages inside the app or site to speak with
you directly.  

  

Members Banned 

A member's account may be immediately terminated or limited
if they violate any of these terms and conditions. Additionally, we maintain
the right to ban any member who, in our opinion, does not enhance the app or
site. A banned member is deemed to have violated these terms and conditions and
could be banned once more if they re-join the app or site. 

  

Termination 

Members may end this agreement from within The App/Site by
deleting their accounts. If the company determines that a member is not making
a constructive contribution to the app or site, it has the right to delete the
member's account. A member who has a premium, upgraded account (VIP account)
will receive a prorated reimbursement for any time missed as a result of
termination. 

  

Trademarks and copyright 

Copyright and trademark laws protect the app or site.
Without the company's explicit consent, no portion of the app or site may be
duplicated or reproduced. 

  

Service delivery 

The App/Site's uptime, longevity, and data storage are not
guaranteed by the company, which also reserves the right to abruptly stop or
modify its service. 

  

Use 

If a member is younger than eighteen or if using the app or
site would violate their own local laws, they are not permitted to use it.  

  

The only reason to utilise the app or site is to meet people
in person or virtually.  

  

Members are not permitted to send requests of a professional
or commercial nature or utilise the app or site for financial or commercial
benefit.  

  

Members are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful
activity on the App or Site, such as prostitution, terrorism, child
pornography, or fraud.  

  

Even if the data is publicly available, members are not
permitted to extract and/or compile information from other members using the
app or site. 

  

Device security and passwords 

Members must constantly remember to maintain their passwords
strong and be aware that if they forget to log out of the app or site, anyone
with physical access to the device where the app or site is installed can
access their account.  

  

At appropriate intervals or if they believe their current
password has been compromised, they should change it. 

  

malicious software 

If any malware, viruses, or other harmful software infects
your hardware, software, or device as a result of using the app or site, the
company will not be held responsible. 

  

Purchases, cancellations, refunds, and upgrades 

Third parties oversee our payment systems.

The customer care staff of CCBill will decide whether to
issue a refund for payments made through CCBill on an individual basis. 

  

Only when the account has not been utilised in accordance
with Schedule A, our fair usage policy, may subscription payments be eligible
for a refund. 

Refunds are only available for the Member's initial payment. 

If the member has not cancelled their subscription, they
will not be eligible for a refund. 

Any unused amount of upgraded access will not be refunded
when a member cancels their subscription. 

  

The options menu contains information on how to cancel any
of the member's subscriptions. Cancellations must be made before the date of
renewal. If the member needs help cancelling a subscription, they can get in
touch with customer service. 

  

Resolution of Conflicts 

We'll make an effort to settle disagreements with the
member. You must use the English and Welsh courts if you want to take a
disagreement to the next level. 

  

Police 

When necessary, the company will disclose members' personal
information with approved law enforcement organisations. 

  

The DMCA 

Following a legitimate DMCA notice filed to our email
address, The Company will delete any content placed on The App/Site by other
Members that violates your copyright. Our homepage has the information. 

  

Members who use the app or site acknowledge that any claims
they may make against the company will be restricted to the full amount they
paid to the company in order to use the app or site. 

  

Terms and conditions updates 

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any
moment by the company. Our website will be updated with any modifications to
these terms and conditions. 

  

Less than 10 messages sent and a 48-hour period for an
upgraded account constitute Schedule A Fair use.
