Storage of data 

Except for passwords, all data is kept in plain language
that is readable by humans. Hashing algorithms are used to save passwords.  

  

Information and preservation 

The data we store, retention rates, data purging procedures,
legal justifications for data collection and storage, and guidance comments are
all displayed in the accompanying tables. 

  

  

  

Consent to automatically remove account data after five
years of inactivity. 

  

Profile information is automatically deleted with consent
after five years of inactivity. 

  

Profile information: genuine interest, automatic deletion
after five years of inactivity. 

  

Profile images are automatically deleted with consent after
five years of inactivity. 

  

30 days of message data; permission; automatic deletion. 

  

Sales data: 7 years, contract, manual deletion. 

  

VIP objections are automatically deleted after 90 days if
there is legitimate interest. 

  

User reports with no activity for five years are
automatically deleted if there is valid interest. 

  

Data from surveys: Consent, manual deletion, and other
retention methods. 

  

The ability to update data 

  

Instructions for editing data we store about your account
can be found on our self-service data request page. You may modify most of the
info through your profile page. 

  

The right to obtain information 

It is free of charge for you to seek access to a copy of the
information we keep on your account. Choose the 'Data request' option from the
site/app settings menu to access our self-service facility. 

  

The ability to move data 

You can ask another service provider to integrate your data
into their system or service by copying and pasting it using the 'Data Request'
self-service facility. 

  

The ability to remove data 

Using the 'Delete account' option from the options menu, you
can remove all of the information we have about your account. Any information
we must maintain for legal purposes (security and accounting) will be kept
anonymously.  

  

Third parties 

The following businesses may handle information pertaining
to your account. 

  

Google is a provider of statistics and online analytics.  

  

MailUp offers list management and email newsletters. To
allow The Company to deliver customised newsletters, we supply email addresses
and basic account information. 

  

CCBill 

a processor of online payments. We give them your internal
user ID in an encrypted format. Any additional data you will input or supply
throughout the payment process. 

  

Communications for marketing 

Three categories of communications are distinguished.  

  

Transactional email alerts, such as those for account
confirmation, password changes, email updates, photo approvals, terms and
conditions, and privacy policies, are mandatory. 

New alert/message notifications and general usage guidance
are examples of optional alerts. 

An optional email may contain links to articles, surveys,
and cross-site advertising, among other things. 

  

To whom do we reveal information? 

Only in response to a request from law enforcement or in
connection with a criminal offence will we divulge your information. 

  

Account termination 

All of your personal information is deleted when you delete
your account. Some information might be kept if your account is blocked in
order to stop further registrations. Since the data is hashed, it cannot be
read by humans. 

  

Moderation of pictures 

We might periodically examine profile photographs because of
changes in regional legislation, app store standards, advertising branding, and
company branding, among other things. 

  

All data is backed up, and there is a remote possibility
that your data could restore to its original condition or that deleted data
could be restored in the event of a server failure. 

  

How can we safeguard the information? 

SSL encrypts all data and communication between the app or
site and the server. The data-containing servers are off-site, secured, and
under CCTV surveillance around-the-clock. The server can only be accessed
remotely by key personnel. The company makes no assurance that a third party
won't use hackers or other cyberattack techniques to obtain the data. 

  

Cookies 

To enable automated login, we employ a single permanent
cookie. This cookie will be removed if you decide to log out of the app or
website. 

  Links from third parties on the website 

Members are at their own risk while using links to websites
that are not owned by the company.
